3 Ingredients Refreshing Mango Sorbet – healthy indulgence for warm days, vegan and sugar free
To be honest when I came up with this 3 ingredients refreshing mango sorbet, I would never have imagined it will be such a success. I got so many compliments on it. People were also super excited about the recipe on social media
This is the simplest recipe. All you need is good frozen mango and a powerful blender. Once again, I used my vitamix for it (link below) but you can also use any other kind of blender that is powerful enough to blend without too much liquid.
Basically you don’t want the mango to melt completely when you blend. It would spoil the taste. You know when you put back in the freezer that ice cream you’ve been eating and that has defrosted? Same here. It’s all about the delicious flavor or the mango.
To contrast with the sweetness of the mango, I added some lemon. I personally love sour taste but I believe it’s necessary here. I wouldn’t add any sweeter but it’s personal. If you like to add sweetener to your fruits in general, add maple syrup or honey by the spoon and taste.
To make the mixture smoother, you should definitely add a non-dairy milk. Here I added some cashew milk but I do believe almond milk or hemp milk could be great too.
A great addition to this recipe is 2 scoops of collagen. It will add some nutrients and protein to it! Best collagen available here https://www.furtherfood.com/ and use discount code MYORGANICIDARY10

This is soooo delicious!! Made this for my daughter who is on a strict diet (gluten free, dairy free, and low sugar). I used unsweetened almond milk (what I had on hand) so added 1-2 TB maple syrup. Thanks so much for this super easy recipe. Love that it does not need an ice cream maker!
