Detox Morning Green Juice - the best way to start the day fresh
- 1 cup celery stick, rinsed
- 1 cup pears or apple, peeled and seeded
- 1 tsp ginger, peeled
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 cup cucumber, peeled
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Blend celery and ginger with water.
- Using a nut milk bag, discard the pulp from the liquid.
- Rinse the blender and add all the remaining ingredients.
- Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Drink first thing in the morning to cleanse.
