BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP CHIA PUDDING – best easy breakfast to make overnight. High in fiber and protein. Vegan and gluten-free


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1/4 chia seeds
  • 1tsp flax meal
  • 1 cup nut milk + extra
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or cacao nibs
  • 1/4 cup seeds or nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix chia seeds, flax and nut milk in a bowl.
  2. Let soak at least for 15 minutes. This can be made overnight to save time.
  3. Top with nuts, banana and chocolate chips.
