Homemade nut milk - Almonds and cashews raw nut milk, vegan, healthy and delicious!
Recipe type: Beverages
Serves: 4 cups
  • 1 cup of raw nuts (here almonds and cashews)
  • 3 cups of filtered water
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • Optional instead of honey: 4 pitted dates + 1 tsp orange blossom
  1. Soak nuts in water overnight.
  2. Add nuts to a food processor with 3 cups of water.
  3. Process for a few minutes on high speed until full blended.
  4. Add honey and process again for 1 minute.
  5. Optional: add the dates and orange blossom.
  6. Use a milk bag if you want to get rid of small chunks.
  7. Otherwise just pour into a glass jar and keep refrigerate for 5 days.
