4-ingredients holiday cookies - Vegan and gluten-free perfect versatile cookies.

Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 2 tbsp cashew butter
  • 2 tbsp organic maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp nut oil
  • 1 tsp pure organic vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch kosher salt (optional)
  • topping: melted chocolate, melted nut butter, or syrup
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven at 350F.
  2. Melt cashew butter.
  3. Add maple syrup, vanilla and nut oil. Stir until well combined.
  4. Add the flour and mix until having a homogeneous dough.
  5. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough on parchment paper.
  6. Using a cookie cutter, make the shape you like.
  7. Bake for 10-11 minutes until the edges are golden.
  8. Let cool completely and store in an airtight container.
  9. Spread the topping when completely cooled.
