Best soup recipe ever!!! Easiest, creamy and very very delicious!!

Serves: 6
  • 1 large butternut squash
  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • ½ cup of dried tarragon
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of almond milk or coconut milk unsweetened
  • 3 cups of filtered water
  1. Cook butternut squash and sweet potatoes until tender. Peel.
  2. Pour in the Vitamix or the food processor with all the ingredients and process until smooth.
