Ingredients
  • 2 large portobello mushrooms
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Peel and wash portobello. Break egg in it.
  2. Bake for 25 minutes or until egg is cooked at 400 degrees.
  3. Season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
  4. Enjoy with an heirloom tomato salad with a olive oil basil dressing!
