  • 1 lb of cod skinless
  • 2 cups of cooked quinoa
  • 2 eggs yolk

Instructions

  1. Cut the cod in small pieces
  2. Beat egg yolk and soak cod in it
  3. Roll cod in quinoa
  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 350
