Ingredients
Scale
- 1 large butternut squash
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup of dried tarragon
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup of almond milk or coconut milk unsweetened
- 3 cups of filtered water
Instructions
- Cook butternut squash and sweet potatoes until tender. Peel.
- Pour in the Vitamix or the food processor with all the ingredients and process until smooth.
