Description

3-INGREDIENT NUT BUTTER FUDGE – Ideal healthy snack or dessert made in less than 5 minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ¼ cup maple syrup, or honey (1/4 tasse de sirop d’erable)
  • ¼ cup coconut oil (1/4 tasse d’huile de coco)
  • ¼ cup nut butter of choice (1/4 tasse beurre de noix au choix)
  • 1 pinch of salt (1 pincee de sel) – optionnal

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch pan with foil or parchment paper or you can use small induvidual cups or molds. (Tapisser du papier parchemin sur le fond d’un plat ou utiliser des moules individuels.)
  2. Melt everything together over low heat, stirring to make sure ingredients are well blended. (faire fondre tous les ingredients ensemble)
  3. Pour into pan and freeze until set for around 30 minutes. (Versez dans le plat ou les moules et laissez au congeraleur pendant 30 minutes)
  4. Cut into squares or unmold (couper en carres ou demouler)
  5. Store leftovers in the freezer (garder au congelateur)
