Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup celery stick, rinsed
  • 1 cup pears or apple, peeled and seeded
  • 1 tsp ginger, peeled
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cup cucumber, peeled
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Blend celery and ginger with water.
  2. Using a nut milk bag, discard the pulp from the liquid.
  3. Rinse the blender and add all the remaining ingredients.
  4. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  5. Drink first thing in the morning to cleanse.
