- 400g of chocolate (2 tablets)
- 7 eggs
Instructions
- Melt 300g (1 1/2 tablet) of chocolate.
- Beat egg whites until smooth and fluffy.
- Mix yolks with chocolate.
- Add slowly chocolate and egg whites.
- Cut in pieces rest of chocolate and add it to mixture.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 350 if you like it really lava, 20 minutes if you like it more dense.
