Potatoes, Raisins & Prunes

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of dried pitted prunes
  • 2 cups of dried golden raisins
  • 2 lbs of small potatoes (with the skin)
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 cup of water

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes until cooked: a fork can insert easily.
  2. Dispose in a large oven proof pan prunes and raisins. Cover with water.
  3. Dispose potatoes in the holes between the prunes.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 60 minutes.
  5. Mix every 15 minutes.
  6. Fruits will caramelized and give their taste to the potatoes.
  7. Serve warm or cold!
  8. Enjoy
