Healthy berries smoothie for morning and snack
Ingredients

- 10 strawberries
- 15 blackberries
- 2 cups of blueberries
- 2 bananas
- 2 cup of coconut water
- 1 lemon juice
- 2 tbsp of chia seeds
Instructions
- Rinse all fruits and cut edges of strawberries.
- Peel bananas.
- Freeze all fruits overnight.
- When frozen, place everything is a blender, add lemon juice and chia seeds.
- Blend until smooth.
