Berries smoothie is one of my favorite easy breakfast. Berries are loaded with nutriments and easy to digest. Moreover, they are very fresh and can easily be found frozen. I always start my day with fruits and superfoods. A smoothie is a fast way to get many vitamins when you are in a rush.
To make beautiful and delicious smoothies, you’ll need a good blender. A few years ago, when I bought my Ninja, it was over 150$. It wasn’t even a very powerful blender. I couldn’t blend fruits only or veggies if no liquid in it. Today, you can find very powerful blenders for 100$! The one I’ll recommend is the Ninja blender. However, if you want to invest in a professional blender, the Vitamix is amazing and you can make soup in it. It has a heating function.

Healthy berries smoothie for morning and snack
- 10 strawberries
- 15 blackberries
- 2 cups of blueberries
- 2 bananas
- 2 cup of coconut water
- 1 lemon juice
- 2 tbsp of chia seeds
- Rinse all fruits and cut edges of strawberries.
- Peel bananas.
- Freeze all fruits overnight.
- When frozen, place everything is a blender, add lemon juice and chia seeds.
- Blend until smooth.
