Almond and Hazelnut Butter

  • 2 cups of raw hazelnut with skin
  • 2 cups of raw almonds with skin


  1. Roast almonds for 45 minutes at 320F.
  2. Roast hazelnut for 30 minutes at 320F.
  3. Let cool completely for a few hours or overnight.
  4. Pour the nuts in your food processor.
  5. Process on high speed for a few minutes.
  6. The mixture is going to become powder before releasing oil.
  7. Use a spoon to scratch the inside.
  8. If the paste goes on the edges of the cup, process on low speed.
  9. Process until becoming oily. It can take up to 45 minutes!
