TAHINI BAKED WILD SALMON

Description

Tahini baked wild salmon sprinkled with back sesame seeds.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs of sockeye wild salmon with skin
  • 2 tbsp of tahini paste
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tbsp of oil (preference for walnut oil)
  • 1 tsp of sesame oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Black sesame seeds to decor

Instructions

  1. Rinse salmon.
  2. Put in a large oven proof glass pan.
  3. Preheat oven at 350F.
  4. Mix all ingredients (except salmon and black sesame seeds).
  5. Brush over salmon.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes to 30 minutes.
  7. Decor with black sesame seeds.
  8. Enjoy!
