Super Refreshing Mango Sorbet – 3 ingredients perfectly healthy indulgence for warm days, vegan and sugar free
- 1 lb frozen mango
- 2 lemons, squeezed
- 1 cup unsweetened non dairy milk (here cashew milk)
- Optional: sweetener (but not necessary at all!)
- Add ingredients to a food processor and blend until having a smooth mixture.
- Add to a glass Tupperware or cake loaf pan.
- Enjoy right away or store in freezer for a few hours before eating.
- If stored in the freezer, thaw for 10 minutes at least. Enjoy!
