- 1 cup gluten free oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 cups non dairy milk
- 3 tbsp nut butter
- 1 banana
- Soak chia seeds and overnight oats in milk overnight. Let rest in fridge.
- In the morning, add everything to a blender, and blend until smooth.
