- 1 serving protein powder
- 1 1/2 cups non dairy milk (or water)
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup toppings such as granola, puffed quinoa, dried fruits and nuts
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except toppings in a blender.
- Serve in a large bowl and top with your favorite toppings.
