Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 serving protein powder
  • 1 1/2 cups non dairy milk (or water)
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup toppings such as granola, puffed quinoa, dried fruits and nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except toppings in a blender.
  2. Serve in a large bowl and top with your favorite toppings.
