If you’re looking for an easy dessert that will take you less than 5 minutes to make, don’t look further. This is the one! It’s easy, quick, delicious and super versatile. Feel free to omit the maple syrup if you want to use this preparation as dressing. Otherwise, serve it with berries, fruits, chocolate or a pistachio cake.

5-Ingredient Lemon Curd – Vegan delicious cream lemon based, made under 5 minutes
Ingredients

- 1 14-ounce (414 ml) can coconut milk full fat ( 1 boite de lait de coco)
- 2 tbsp (~4 g) lemon zest ( 2 cas de zeste de citron)
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) lemon juice (1/2 tasse de jus de citron)
- 2 Tbsp (14 g) arrowroot starch (2 cas d’aguar aguar ou autre epaississant)
- 1–2 Tbsp (15–30 ml) maple syrup, plus more to taste ( 1–2 cas de sirop d’erable)
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a medium pot on medium heat until well combined. (Melanger tous les ingredients dans une casserole sur feu moyen)
- You can also use a high powerful blender (vous pouvez aussi utiliser un melangeur)
- When well combined, let rest at room temperature or in the fridge. (laisser reposer)
- Serve with a cup of berries. (servir avec une coupe de fruit)
