Perfect breakfast to start the day on a fresh and healthy note!
I use frozen fruits to be able to add some toppings but you can also use fresh fruits but it won’t be as solid. Frozen acai can be easily found nowadays in grocery stores.
It can also be drinking as a smoothie and is absolutely delicious for everyday morning!Print
- 1 serving of frozen acai
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries
- 1 cup of frozen blueberries
- 2 cup of almond milk
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- coconut flakes
- chia seeds
- Blend in vitamix or blender fruits with almond milk.
- Pour in two large deep bowls.
- Add topping nicely.
