3-INGREDIENT NUT BUTTER FUDGE – Ideal healthy snack or dessert made in less than 5 minutes.
Ingredients
Scale
- ¼ cup maple syrup, or honey (1/4 tasse de sirop d’erable)
- ¼ cup coconut oil (1/4 tasse d’huile de coco)
- ¼ cup nut butter of choice (1/4 tasse beurre de noix au choix)
- 1 pinch of salt (1 pincee de sel) – optionnal
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch pan with foil or parchment paper or you can use small induvidual cups or molds. (Tapisser du papier parchemin sur le fond d’un plat ou utiliser des moules individuels.)
- Melt everything together over low heat, stirring to make sure ingredients are well blended. (faire fondre tous les ingredients ensemble)
- Pour into pan and freeze until set for around 30 minutes. (Versez dans le plat ou les moules et laissez au congeraleur pendant 30 minutes)
- Cut into squares or unmold (couper en carres ou demouler)
- Store leftovers in the freezer (garder au congelateur)
