I know how hard is it to sit down in the morning for breakfast and that most of us will either buy breakfast next to their office or grab a pre-made breakfast like packaged cookies or some people don’t even eat breakfast (be aware: you should never skip breakfast!). For the most lucky one, they will either have a breakfast ready or have made something in advance.
To make it easier for you, I combined in this post 5 of my best oats breakfast recipe. They are very volatile as you can change the toppings and flavors and can be made in advance. They are also perfect for grab and go as you can just transport them in a Tupperware or mason jar.
Another benefit of these recipes is they are gluten-free (thanks to the gluten-free oats) and vegan (if a non-dairy milk is used). They are also very filling thanks to the oats and nutrient dense with all the superfoods in them.
