(UPDATED) Kosher for Passover Recipes – some of my best and easiest recipes kosher for passover and all year long!
Passover is fast approaching and I wanted to put together a post with all my kosher for passover recipes. Some of them contains kitniyot (i.e chickpeas, beans etc…) but depending of your culture and traditions you can decide if the recipe is adapted or not.
Also some recipes require a food processor. If you don’t have one kosher for passover, fine! For the cakes with nut crust, I just crunch the nuts until having small chunks (it’s actually very helpful for stress relieved) and follow the rest of the recipe. However, you’ll definitely need a food processor for nut butters and nut milks.
For the pesto or any other salad, you can just mash them with a fork or using two knives (one in each hand).
For the soup, I would definitely cut the veggies in very small pieces and leave them whole.
So many recipes are delicious for passover and this holiday offers a number infinite of possibility to experiment with new veggies!
